Palliative Art: Using the Arts to Improve Care at the End of Life

This day-long program presented by End of Life Choices New York and Fordham Graduate School of Social Service will focus on how the arts can be used in palliative and end of life care to educate and empower providers and patients.

The program is open to everyone, but registration is required. If you are interested in continuing education hours, please purchase a social worker ticket. The conference will offer 6 CEH and each workshop will offer an additional 1 CEH. Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service is recognized by The State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers – #0066.
